Prices are shown in ARS (Mercado Pago) or USD (Stripe) depending on selected currency. Payment confirms enrollment or digital access. Cancellation and refund rules are stated per workshop or assessment; unless stated otherwise, unlocked digital content is non-refundable once accessed.
Site content, methodologies, assessments, and materials belong to Negocios en Marcha or its licensors. You may not copy, resell, or redistribute them without written permission.
You may not use the platform for unlawful purposes, spam, accessing others' data, reverse engineering, or overloading systems.
The service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee specific business outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect damages or lost profits.
We may modify these terms, prices, or features. Material changes will be posted on the site. Continued use means acceptance of the current version.
These terms are governed by the laws of Argentina. Disputes shall be submitted to the competent courts of the City of Buenos Aires, unless mandatory law provides otherwise.
